Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Jeff discovered at an early age that Hot Springs, Arkansas was the best place to live. After his first trip to Hot Springs in 1970, Jeff continued to visit Hot Springs frequently, and fell in love with the natural beauty of the city. Several years later, Jeff and his wife, Paulia, decided to make a dream a reality and moved to Hot Springs. Jeff has since distinguised himself as one of HotSprings' leading Realtors. Debi Jones, GRI, SRES, EcoBroker - a Sales Consultant with buyers and sellers.  Debi’s willingness to always jump in and help, along with her “can-do” attitude has proven to be the perfect blend for The Kennedy Team. Debi brings to the team several years of experience working with home buyers and sellers, and she’s good at it! With her likeable, personable and pleasant persona, clients find her easy-to-talk to and extremely good-natured.   Always ready and willing to show a home, answer buyer and seller questions and handle unexpected details, Debi's proven to be an incredibly hard-worker and a tremendous asset to the The Kennedy Team.  Originally from Cherry Hill, NJ; relocating to West Virginia and then the east coast of Florida, Debi 'fell in love' with Hot Springs and settled here, calling Arkansas her home in 2003. A single mother of two young daughters, Debi has mastered how to balance her personal life with her professional life.  She is always willing to accommodate clients' family and business schedules as she knows how difficult it can be to juggle both.

Paulia Kennedy, CRS, ePRO, SRES, CLHMS, RSPS - the Marketing Specialist of the Team.  A native of northeast Arkansas, Paulia also shares a passion for Arkansas.  Paulia enjoys working with the development and research of marketing the clients' homes. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She also has an Associate's Degree as a Registered Nurse from Shelby State Community College in Memphis, Tennessee.  And she currently holds a real estate license in Arkansas. Paulia works diligently in responding to the customers' needs via the internet and handling the many requests for information. John Watson - works as the Kennedy Team's Professional Handyman and Assistant.  Behind the scenes, working diligently to keep buyers and sellers pleased is John Watson. You will not find John at closings or on a house tour, but it is John whose services are vital to the combined efforts of the entire Kennedy Team.  Born and raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas, John is our Jack-Of-All Trades and Master of Many. He's the man behind our one-of-a-kind custom 'Kennedy Team signs'. As part of our comprehensive marketing package, John custom builds each sign from scratch in our workshop. He has drafted templates for each roof, which helps him to build each sign to perfect scale. Move over Norm Abram…John Watson customizes each sign matching the roof tiles with each property sign. He even used clay tiles on one luxury home property sign, which perfectly matched the same clay tiles on this particular Mediterranean home. John's work does not end there. He also uses the weed-eater & repellent around our signs on vacant land and occasionally gets the chain-saw out to cut down small trees blocking our signs. His work is meticulous! A hard-working and trusted Kennedy Team member, John often helps with preparing our luxury homes for showings. He makes a trip to the home about 30 minutes before the tour and turns on all the lights, adjusts the thermostats, sweeps the front entrance area, blows the leaves off the driveways, decks & pool areas. He also returns after the showing to double-check every lock and make sure all the lights are turned off and that the home is secure. John assists with keeping the flyer boxes filled at the homes and makes regular checks to make sure our signs are straight, clean and neat. John is the ultimate professional handyman for small repairs for our clients. It is extremely hard to find workers for small jobs, so we can always count on John to get the small items repaired ... especially when we are 'under the gun' to meet the small repairs item list from buyers.  The Kennedy Team offers complete real estate services, from high-end marketing to personal attention to detail, but it John Watson who rounds-out the Team with his expertise and keeps us all looking good.

The  Resort & Second-home Property Specialist (RSPS®) is a professional designation awarded to agents who have completed specialized training in the resort and second-home market.  Jeff & Paulia are the only Realtors in Hot Springs with the RSPS designation, and the second in the state of Arkansas to complete the specialized training.

 

Jeff and Paulia received acceptance as “Members of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing”. The Institute awards internationally to sales professionals who meet performance standards in the upper-tier residential market, and who have completed the special training for Luxury Home Marketing. They are currently the only Realtors in Hot Springs, who have been accepted into the institute.   

 

 

They have also met the sales requirements of luxury homes in their area and have received the “Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialists” award.

The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria. 

The Accredited Seller Representative (ASR®) designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate SELLER AGENCY COUNCIL.  Each designee (Seller Agent) must hold and exemplify a strong commitment to exceed seller expectations throughout all aspects of the real estate transaction.  C ommitted to adhering to a stringent standard of ethics, ASR® Seller Agents demonstrate complete honesty in pricing as well as thorough research and preparation in completing and presenting the property market analysis. A further and most important commitment of ASR® Seller Agents is to demonstrate ethical conduct and integrity in every aspect of their real estate career.

The Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) is a professional designation awarded by the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council® in Murphys, California.  It is awarded to Realtors who have demonstrated requisite knowledge, experience and expertise in working with seniors.
