INSPECTORS ---We recommend to everyone buying or selling a home to have it inspected by a registered home inspection professional.  The following is a list of registered home inspectors in our area.  Effective 8/1/99, purchasers receiving FHA financing are required to have a home inspection disclosure signed by the purchaser prior to signing a contract.  When selling your home, you may want to consider getting an inspection before you place your home on the market.  This could eliminate any surprises that could spoil the sale.  Getting an inspection early will give you a chance to make any necessary repairs that may scare the buyers away.
