Caroline Acres . . . is a wonderful neighborhood on Lake Hamilton that has been around for a long while, and it's one of our favorite neighborhoods. It features many large, one-level Ranch style homes with beautiful architectural features found only in older homes.   The neighborhood also has some new custom homes in the newly developed area of this neighborhood, with a few lots available for future homes.  This neighborhood also includes many huge trees that provide a comfortable shady drive throughout its flat lands.   Panoramic views and ancient shade trees are the trademark features of this neighborhood.  The Property Owner's Association fees are only $25/year which includes maintenance of the neighborhood boat ramp.  It is located in the Hwy7South area, just off of Hwy 290 in the Lakeside School District.
