The Heights is another community for Fifty-Five and Older.  These lovely condominium-style homes are conveniently located at 124 Corporate Terrace, just off of Central Avenue, with a second entrance along Files Road.  These homes are around 1,365 to 1,540 square feet in size with two bedrooms & two bathrooms, and include one covered parking spot.  There is very little turnover here, so if you find one available -- you better snatch it up.  They are usually priced between $87,000 to $120,000.  The POA fees are $150/month and covers water, sewer, garbage pick-up, lawn care, repair and maintenance of building exteriors and common elements, street lighting, termite protection, and insurance of the buildings, and general liability insurance.
