Pier West Condominiums

 

Pier West Condominiums are located at 100 Bayou Point, right off of Albert Pike (Hwy 270West).  These condos were built in 1980 and are all two bedroom units.  The units are valued around $75,000 - $150,000 depending on condition, whether they are located directly on the water, and if a boat slip is included.  The condos are nestled among huge, towering shade trees with well-established landscaping throughout its lovely community. It features an extra-wide boardwalk, which offers a nice stroll along the lake, with a swim dock near the point of the property for those who enjoy a little dip in the lake or it's a great place for a relaxing day of fishing.  This lovely community also offers a lovely pool with plenty of lawn furniture. "Adorable and affordable" is the trademark of this neighborhood.
 
The Property Owners Association (POA) fees are currently $165/month - which includes all exterior maintenance, including lawn care, insurance on the buildings, termite protection, pool care, and care of the board walk and fishing pier.  They are located in the Lake Hamilton School District.
