Trabecca Estates is a nice newer gated community in the popular "7South" area, off of Hwy 7 (Central Avenue) developed by Terry Bates. The home prices in this neighborhood are around $215,000 - $385,000. The ground is mostly flat with some rolling areas, and there are several lots still available for purchase priced around $25,000 - $35,000 for a lot that's about 1/3 - 1/2 acre in size. There is one circle street that wraps around the neighborhood, with natural wooded land bordering the back side of the neighborhood. Along the wooded area is a serene creek that runs through it plus there are ponds just beyond that. The natural land is home to many deer, songbirds and fiesty squirrels. The neighbors have also developed nice trails through the wooded hillside, making it a great place for a short hike or a trail-ride on an all terrain vehicle.
The neighborhood is still maintained by the developer so there are currently no Property Owners' Association (POA) fees. It's is located in the Lakeside School District, and it's conveniently located near shopping, dining and medical facilities. Longtime residents in the area love the convenience. Just a few blocks away is a grocery store, a convenience store and gas station, a Family Dollar, a fresh vegetable stand, two restaurants and the Fish Hatchery boat launching ramp is only a few miles away.
This neighborhood sits on the outskirts of the city right along the pathway where the city continues to grow so you can expect to see this neighborhood to near completion soon with much more development nearby.
