Valinoti, who named the restaurant for his grandfather, prepares a limited amount of dough each day (Thursday through Sunday), and each pie is made by hand himself. His pizza is New York style: light, thin, and foldable, though not as wide, and comes with a pronounced cornicione that is sometimes nearly as thick as a tennis racket handle. OHIO CLUB - 336 Central Avenue. A building with a colourful history, The Ohio Club dates back to 1905 when it was opened as a bar and casino. Since then, it has been an illegal speakeasy masquerading as a cigar store, a hangout for gangsters including Al Capone and Lucky Luciano and a jazz and blues venue. Thought to be the oldest bar in Arkansas, The Ohio Club’s interior is decorated in a stylish nostalgic fashion with vintage pictures, slot machines and other antique items nodding to the venue’s history. Southern/Soul food. 501.623.8258. Opened in 2001 by chef Phil Dugan, who has been working in the restaurant industry for over 40 years, Phil's Restaurant serves traditional American Southern-style home cooking in warm and unpretentious surroundings.  Phil's offers Daily Plate Specials or Manager's Specials. The sides that accompany the Specials of the Day vary, but will usually include bread and your choice of two vegetables from the vegetables of the day. The cuisine at Rolando's is unique and Rolando's artistic talent is found in the beautiful presentation of the entrees, as well as the golden walls of the restaurant.  Rolando even hand carved the murals on the walls. Rolando's boasts a twinkle light adorned mountainside patio with live music and a menu full of great food and drinks. And the guacamole is out of this world!

SQZBX Brewery & Pizza Joint located at 236 Ouachita Avenue.  SQZBX is a family run, independently owned pizza joint & brewery. This great new addition to the Hot Springs area has brought delicious food, fantastic ambiance, and a great beer selection. Check them - you won't be disappointed!

STEINHAUS KELLER - 801 Central Avenue. 501.624.7866. If it's German fare you're craving then head down Central Avenue and check out Steinhaus Keller in the lower level of Spencer's Corner. There is an amazing grotto style patio with several seating options and a German beer menu that would make you think you were actually in Germany. I've heard really good things about the Potato Pancakes and Schnitzel!

STUBBY'S BBQ - Doesn't short you on near perfect pork and beef - lean, flavorful, smoky. Stubby's has been proudly serving up delicious barbecue entrees - a meld between Tennessee and Texas style - cooked with passion and love over savory hickory wood and featuring nationally renowned Stubby's BBQ Sauce for more than sixty years. Stubby's was featured on 'BBQ Crawl', the popular TV show on the Travel Channel. SUPERIOR BATHHOUSE BREWERY & DISTILLERY - 329 Central Avenue. 501.624.2337. Located on Hot Springs’ famous Bathhouse Row, the Superior Bathhouse Brewery & Distillery is located in a historical building constructed in 1916 in the classical revival style. The owners repurposed the property in 2012 as a brewery-cum-distillery. A restaurant and craft beer tasting room uses the natural spring water from the surrounding Hot Springs National Park to create its beers, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages. Head chef Angela Nardi creates a menu of eclectic pub fare based around produce from Arkansas artisans designed to complement the brewery’s beer.


TACO MAMA - A great little Mexican spot at 1209 Malvern Avenue. Built from an up cycled hardware store from the 1930s, Taco Mama is home to truly authentic Mexican food and some of the coldest margaritas and draft beer in town! Taco Mama also hosts a self-serve condiment bar featuring several different salsa types and roasted hot peppers. The fabulous covered patio is located at the back of the building and features fans and misters for the hot summer months. As for their menu, people rave about the Shrimp Quesadillas!

TACO PRONTO - 4236 Central Avenue. 501.525.7309.  Taco Pronto has been pleasing locals and tourists for over 45 years with sensational mouth-watering cheese dip, nachos, burritos, tacos, combos, salsa, and cheese crisps.

Texas Roadhouse (3623 Central Ave)! They pride themselves on fresh, hand-cut steaks and homemade style sides plus some square-dancing to make you smile.

Trejo's Mexican Restaurant- Serving some of the best Mexican food in Hot Springs with multiple locations.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe's (3308 Central Ave) menu boasts bold, flavorful food and smoothies with a healthy appeal. Their food and smoothies are made to order with fresh ingredients. 

VAULT, an upscale restaurant housed in a former bank within the original 1890’s Bank Building downtown. The literal bank vault can even be reserved for private dining. As one would expect from a bygone bank, the dining room is fittingly extravagant and soaring, with a decadent menu of American fare to compliment. Fresh seafood, like their Grouper dish or even the indulging Paella dish are sure fire favorites. Top it all off with the Baked Alaska for dessert for a delicious evening.

VIA ROMA - 1521 Malvern Ave. An incredible atmosphere and an extensive wine list, Via Roma offers an exquisite menu with impressive pasta, veal, fish and chicken dishes. Try the Veal Piccata, medallions of veal sauteed in a light white wine lemon sauce - a taste of Italy right in Hot Springs.

Make a reservation at the brand-new Vina Morita Restaurant and Wine Bar and sit outside on the street-side covered patio and enjoy their handcrafted menu of locally sourced food and drinks no matter the weather! Serving upscale Mexican inspired food and with a wide variety of wines, you can't go wrong here. The margarita flight is a must try and it's pretty!
