The Property Owners' Association (POA) fees range from around $320 - $700/month (depending on the size of the unit), which includes all exterior maintenance, insurance, termite policy, pool & cabana maintenance, lawn care, and also includes the propane gas for the gas fireplaces. The owners agreed to a large POA assessment ($20,000+/unit) in 2014 which covered many exterior improvements, which makes this complex a good investment today. The roofs were also replaced in 2016. The POA allows rentals with a one year minimum lease.
