There is very little turnover here, so if you find one available -- you better snatch it up. The POA fees are around $160/month and covers water, sewer, garbage pick-up, lawn care, repair and maintenance of building exteriors and common elements, street lighting, termite protection, and insurance of the buildings, and general liability insurance.
