The Oaks and South Ridge - two sister complexes for Fifty-five & older residents.  These two communities are located near the Hwy 270 & Hwy 7 intersection on Pakis Street.  

      The Oaks community - located at 500 Pakis Street was built first, with the homes built around 1998 thru 2001.  This community consists of two bedroom garden homes with approximately 1,300 - 1,600 square feet.  This community has a small clubhouse & a lovely pond.  The Property Owner's Association (POA) fees are around $165/month.

      The South Ridge community - located at 600 Pakis Street was built next, with the homes built around 2002 thru 2004.  This community consists of three bedroom garden homes with approximately 1,600 - 1,800 square feet,.  The Property Owner's Association (POA) fees are around $165/month.
