Purple Martin Estates is a beautiful newer community filled with luxury homes on Lake Hamilton in the popular "7South" area off of Amity Road.  There are only ten homes in this neighborhood, all sitting pretty on a point of flat land with panoramic lake views.  This area was developed around 2004, and each home has about 3,500 - 5,000 square feet of living space - all is unique and different.  This is great neighborhood.  

It is located in the Lakeside School District.
