The residents of Red Oak Ridge are greeted each day with a grand "welcome home" entrance.  The entrance to this lovely community has one of the most impressive entrances in Hot Springs, with "grand"-size planters  filled with bubbling water features and beautiful shrubbery.

 The grand entrance then leads you to a beautiful guard house and gated entrance, with brick walls, protecting the serene and peaceful environment of its residents.  

This lovely community is located off of Carpenter Dam and includes over 800 acres of beautiful rolling grounds with two private lakes, a community pool, and walking trails.  The lakes are great for fishing, kayaking, or small boats (no motor boats allowed).

The community is then divided into three sub-communities ... "Gardens Gates" is near the front entrance and offers more garden-home living.   "Dellmere" and "Red Oak Circle" are the other two sub-communities, offering a little larger homes with estate sized lots.  The community is in the Lakeside School District, and it lies within the Hot Springs city limits.  Click here for the school information.
