Spring Bay Condominiums are located at 2311, 2315 & 2325 Lakeshore Drive on the west side of Hot Springs on the beautiful Lake Hamilton.  There are 56 units here that were built in three phases.  The first phase started in 1980, and the last phase was finished around 1986.  All of the units have approximately 1,420 square feet of living space with two bedrooms and two baths and every unit has a fireplace. Most of the units have one covered carport, and some of the units have a covered boat slip.  The Property Owners Association (POA) fees cover all of the exterior maintenance, including pool care, landscaping care, insurance on the buildings and a termite policy. The POA allows long-term rentals here with a $750 renter's deposit fee paid to the POA. They are located in the Hot Springs School District.
