Trivista . . . a neighborhood full of charm and character with some beautiful historical homes in Hot Springs. As you enter this lovely neighborhood, the main street splits into "Trivista Right" and "Trivista Left". The homes on the right have unbelievable, back yard views of the thoroughbred horses at Oaklawn Park as it actually backs up to this neighborhood's property lines. As you go a little deeper into the neighborhood, you will find some smaller, more modest homes.
It is in the Hot Springs School District , which was ranked in the list of top 10 schools in Arkansas by U.S. News. It was also recognized by World Report as one of the best high schools in the state at one time.
