These condominiums are located at 640 Arkridge, and situated across the bay from the beautiful Garvin Woodland Gardens in Lakeside School District.  The units began construction in 2006, by Honeycutt Construction of Little Rock.  The POA requires a 30 day minimum for any rentals, with a first right of refusal on sales.  Prices vary for  the 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units, with a few of the units having a personal, uncovered stationary boat slip.  Others may temporarily park their boats along the 500' boardwalk with boat tie-ups available.
